SURPRISE #1!
Another Flower stamp set that I found out I just had to have.
Truth be told, I use this one A LOTs!
Why?
Because it is TOTALLY ADORBS!
Here are just a few of the cards I made recently.
This one came about because I had used the Botanical Builders Dies to cut out the flower centers from the gold foil. But, I don't like throwing this special paper away! So I purposely planned on using the "negative" die images, and wha-lah! My scrap paper becomes an interesting panel!
I stamped this flower with my navy blue ink, then colored it in with the watercolor colored pencils. I grabbed my handy aqua painter and here is the result! It did wash out my image a little, but in this case, I like how it softened it!
Here are all the materials I used for the (above) beautiful cards!

SURPRISE #2!
The Surprise continues, because here are some more cards using the Birthday Blooms stamp set.
These are a little different, mostly because of the color story I went with:
Did you notice how Rich Razzleberry (as you stamp-off the ink) resembles Sweet Sugarplum?
I think it's awesome - and makes pairing them together a no-brainer!
Same concept here - I saved my foil from die-cuts I made with the Botanical Blooms set earlier in the day.
The little gold dots are from the Birthday Blooms set - I just heat embossed them with gold power.
Here I had some Irresistible Designer Series Paper left over, and thought this could be fun! I ran my sponge brayer through the Rich Razzleberry ink, and spread it across the top of the card.
Then, I inked it the the smaller Birthday Blooms flower.
The other flowers are die cuts from Botanical Blooms.
Then, I finished it off with some pearls.
The bottom edge of this card is made from the Botanical Blooms (then I just fussy cutted the leaves that stuck out).
I put that gorgeous ribbon from the Holiday catalog and secured it behind the cardstock with some snail adhesive.
I stamped the Birthday Blooms image on another sheet of Sweet Sugarplum and fussy cutted that out as well.
This time, I used the white craft ink with the little Birthday confetti-dots.
Here is the list of everything with these cards.
SURPRISE #3!
Welcome to the third and final presentation of Birthday Blooms (for today, anyway).
The banners were fussy-cutted from A Little Foxy Designer Series Paper
I used my aqua painter (I simply dipped the brush tip in my ink pad, and painted onto the paper) to splash color into my flower
These next to cards are very similar - but how I applied the color is a little different.
I have a thin strip of a Little Foxy Designer Series Paper on the side.
Then, I used the new Stampin Up Watercolor Pencils to color in some petal creases,
then took my aqua painter and blended it all together.
Now this one is almost identical, except that I dipped the tip of my aqua painter directly into my ink pad and then brushed it onto the paper that way.
